Delete your Kashir account

Use this form to ask us to permanently delete your account in the Kashir app on Google Play, and the data linked to it. You don't need the app installed.

How it works

We verify it's you

We contact you on the registered email or phone to confirm you own the account. We never delete anything without this check.

Deletion within 30 days

We delete the account and its data, and confirm to you once it's done.

What we delete

Your account, sign-in details and notification tokens
Your business profile, branches and staff accounts
Products, stock, sales, invoices, purchases and expenses
Your customers, suppliers, and their balances
Online store orders and uploaded images

What may be kept, and for how long

Daily backups rotate out within about 7 days
Security logs (sign-in attempts, activity) are purged automatically within 30–90 days
Invoices for your own subscription, only as long as the law requires

Subscribed through Google Play? Deleting your account doesn't cancel the subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app → Subscriptions so you aren't charged again.

Staff member? The shop owner can delete your account directly from user management, or you can use this form.
